If your bus pass was issued by us and has been lost, damaged or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible by completing our online form.
If your pass was not issued for a Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole address
If your pass was issued for an address outside of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area and you have moved to Poole since it was issued, you will not be able to replace it online or over the phone. You will need to apply to us for an older person's or disabled person's bus pass as a new applicant.
If you have moved out of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area
If you have moved out of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area, we will not be able to replace a lost, damaged or stolen bus pass which was issued by us. You will need to apply to your new council for your new bus pass.
