Fitness trails offer exercise options to aid a healthy lifestyle. The equipment is available to use for free to anyone above the age of 14 at any time.

Baiter Park fitness station

This fitness station is in Baiter Recreation Ground, just off the path by the public slipway. It is part of a larger fitness trail which links with Poole Park and Whitecliff Recreation Ground, a map is available showing the route.

There is limited parking at the recreation ground.

Branksome Recreation Ground fitness trail

The fitness trail in Branksome Recreation Ground is a mile long, and starts near the on-site car park. The trail follows the perimeter path until it ends by the children's play area.

There is limited parking at the recreation ground.

Hamworthy Park fitness station

The fitness station in Hamworthy Park is next to the boat compound and the Harbour Challenge outdoor education centre.

There is limited parking on roads near the park.

Poole Park fitness trail

There are 7 fitness stations around Poole Park lake. The trail joins up with Baiter Recreation Ground and Whitecliff Recreation Ground, map is available showing the route.

There is limited free parking in the park, or pay and display parking on roads near the park. 

Sherborn Crescent fitness trail

The trail starts next to the children's play area, with the other 2 stations leading along the footpath towards Magna Academy.

There is limited parking on roads near the play area.

Treasure Island fitness area

These 2 fitness stations are next to Treasure Island play area.

There is limited parking on roads near the play area.

Whitecliff fitness trail

Whitecliff Road

There are 2 fitness stations in Whitecliff Recreation Ground. It is part of a larger fitness trail which links with Baiter Recreation Ground and Poole Park

One is next to the main car park, and the other is opposite the children's play area on the promenade.

There is limited parking at the recreation ground.
