Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service
Poole's public car parks are now open. If your parking permit or season ticket is due to expire, please renew it. Any additional extension will be added to the end of the new permit or season ticket.
See further information about changes to services.
The season ticket is only valid for the car park for which it is purchased and does not guarantee a parking space.
Town Centre multi storey car parks:
- Dolphin Centre
- High Street shops
- Quay visitors
Town Centre surface car parks:
You will be issued with a card to be used at the entry and exit machine. The card is not vehicle specific, although it will only allow one vehicle to access at any one time and the card must be used on exit to allow another entry.
You can register more than one vehicle on your online account and then nominate which vehicle you need to park, as and when required. It is important to ensure the vehicle you have parked is the vehicle active on your account.
Cost
You can pay for your season ticket by Direct Debit over 12 monthly payments. Currently this would mean each monthly instalment would be £84.67 per season ticket, totalling £1,016 for the year. If you would like to do this, please select to pay by direct debit on the form.
If you would like to pay for your season ticket in full and up front, a decision has been agreed that the charge will be reduced to £924 for an annual ticket or £263 for a quarterly ticket.
