Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service
Poole's public car parks are now open. If your parking permit or season ticket is due to expire, please renew it. Any additional extension will be added to the end of the new permit or season ticket.
See further information about changes to services.
We have 5 car parks where resident car park season tickets are available to residents of certain roads. These are:
- Green Road car park
- St Marys Road car park
- Quay Visitors multi-storey car park
- Newfoundland Drive pay and display area
Availability of these tickets for new applications is subject to a waiting list, except Newfoundland Drive and West Quay Road pay and display areas. To enquire about being added to the list, please call Parking Administration on 01202 634240.
If renewing your existing ticket, please complete the application form (online or by post).
You can register more than one vehicle on your online account and then nominate which vehicle you need to park, as and when required. It is important to ensure the vehicle you have parked is the vehicle active on your account.

Residents of Poole Quarter can purchase car park tickets for Newfoundland Drive at a temporary cost of £120 a year and residents of Garden Quays, Corfe House and Seldown Eco Village can purchase tickets at £485 a year. Resident tickets for West Quay Road are currently £485 a year.
Documentary evidence is required with your first application using the online permit system.
