Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service
Poole's public car parks are now open. If your parking permit or season ticket is due to expire, please renew it. Any additional extension will be added to the end of the new permit or season ticket.
See further information about changes to services.
We, on behalf of Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) are responsible for the administration of resident parking permits for use on housing land within the Town Centre and Sterte areas.
Permits are issued to assist residents, their visitors and carers in parking their vehicles. The resident and carer permits will allow the vehicle to be parked for an indefinite period in those areas restricted. Visitor permits will allow the vehicle to be parked for the day scratched off and will be valid until 8am the following day.
Each property is limited to one resident permit. Visitor permits are limited to 50 daily permits for each property per financial year (1 April to 31 March).
PHP have split the areas into 4 zones, Town Centre, Sterte Court, Sterte Close and Baiter Gardens. Permits will be issued for a specific zone and can only be used in the zone marked on the permit. The signs in your area will indicate the zone you require.

A copy of the PHP parking regulations is also available.
Permits are not valid for use on vehicles over 3500kg in weight.
