Parents and carers of children born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015 can apply for a school place for their child for September 2019.
Online applications for both Poole schools and Bournemouth schools must be completed by 15 January 2019.
It's important to apply on time to give yourself the best chance of a place at the school you would most like. Schools across Poole and Bournemouth will be offering open days, where you will have the opportunity to view the school, meet the teachers and ask questions.
Cllr Mike White, Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Children, Young People and Learning, Borough of Poole, said: “This is an important time for any family and Borough of Poole can provide support throughout the process, helping you make the best decision for you and your child.”
