Two estimates for the grant works are needed to make the formal application. You are able to use whichever contractors you wish to obtain these estimates.
If you do not know any suitable contractors you may wish to choose them from our advisory list of contractors.
Our responsibility in respect of the contractor on the list is limited to the fact that the eligibility criteria for admission onto the list has been met.
We do not provide a warranty for the contractors work, their work is covered through their own warranty schemes.
Apply if you are a contractor and would like to join the list.
