Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service

We are experiencing some interruption to complaints and feedback processes due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation

This may mean that we may not be able to respond to your complaint within the usual timeframes set out below. 

In line with government guidance, the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman is not currently accepting new complaints. They will accept complaints again when the government guidance changes.
