Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service
On advice from the government regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), all weddings, which were due to take place during the next three weeks, are being cancelled.
Until further notice we will not be booking any birth or notice of marriage appointments.

When to book
You can book a wedding as far as 2 years ahead.
To secure your date at the earliest possible opportunity at Poole, we offer a provisional booking service by telephone but you can also make an appointment to come and see us.
You will need to contact the Register Officeon 01202 633744with a couple of dates in mind in case your first date has already been booked.
What you need to tell us
We will need the following information to make a provisional booking:
- your full names and surnames
- your full addresses and post codes
- contact telephone numbers (home/work/mobile)
- your marital status
- your nationalities
Make an appointment to book in person
If you do not want to make a booking by telephone, or need to come to Poole to do this we will arrange an appointment that is convenient for you.
If you need to do this at other register offices, you will need to arrange a time and date with the appropriate Superintendent Registrar.
If you give notice in another district then they will inform us, and we will send you a pack.
