The bulky waste service has reopened with collections beginning on Wednesday 1 July.
5. What to do on collection day
Your items must be left outside your property during the agreed collection time slot on the day of collection.
Please make sure all items to be collected are:
- dismantled if necessary
or we won't be able to collect them.
We will give you a receipt for the collection of items which proves that you have exercised your duty of care.
If we can't take items because they are different to how you described them or we can't access them, we won't provide a refund.
If you need to cancel a booked collection, we can only give you a full refund if you cancel 2 working days before your collection date.
