Book the removal of a bin

To request the removal of a Borough of Poole bin from your property telephone:

You will need to tell us the bin:

• colour
  
• type: refuse, recycling or garden waste
• size (this can be found on the lip of the bin, under its lid)

Do not use this service to:

• book the removal of a non-Borough of Poole bin
  

You'll need to leave your bin in an accessible location for our drivers to collect it without obstructing the highway or pavements. Your bin should be in place, ready to be removed, before the removal date we give you.
