Review of housing management in Poole

In June 2017, Cabinet approved a review of its housing management services, which are currently provided by Poole Housing Partnership (PHP). The review was undertaken by independent consultants Campbell Tickell, who were asked to look at the most efficient and effective way of delivering housing management services in Poole.

During the review process Campbell Tickell sought the views of Borough of Poole and PHP staff, PHP board members, residents, partners and other key stakeholders. The review has now been completed and Campbell Tickell will present their findings to Poole Housing Partnership's Board and Tenant Involvement and Empowerment Panel in November as well as the council's People Overview and Scrutiny Committee (Health and Social Care) in December 2017.

Cllr Karen Rampton, Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Housing and Community Services, borough of Poole, said: "We would like to thank everyone who has assisted with the review process. The next step will be for the council to formulate its views about how to take the content of the report forward and it is hoped that we will be in a position to confirm this early in 2018."
